1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one ph888 account. Creating or using duplicate accounts – whether under the same identity or under different names – is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. OTP verification is used to confirm mobile number ownership at the time of registration and may be required at subsequent login attempts or security-sensitive actions.

You must notify ph888 promptly if any of your registered details change. Maintaining inaccurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph888 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

ph888 uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, the security of your device and your login credentials remains your responsibility. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph888 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits can be made through supported local Philippine payment channels, which may include bank transfer and Philippine e-wallets. The available methods are displayed in your account's deposit section at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Funds are credited to your ph888 account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. ph888 does not guarantee processing times for external payment systems outside of its direct control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Philippine bank accounts. 6 Game Rules & Betting

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph888 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any ph888 content without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

ph888 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or disruptions outside of our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ph888's liability to any player arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. ph888 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law where they cannot be contractually excluded.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the ph888 platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through ph888 support.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ph888 arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph888's customer support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the applicable dispute resolution process. ph888's decisions regarding account matters – including suspension, bonus forfeiture, and bet settlement – are final when made in good faith accordance with these terms.
